My parents went for holiday cum fishing with their friends again @ some kelong in malaysia. They are indeed enjoying good life hur! Have not even reach the age of getting their cpf and they have already retired. Okay, so these 3 days, im all alone againx.
I've really been spending. Esp online shopping. Hope they fit nicely on me. I just saw a very nice dress, really love it~ And i know its time for me to slim down. Boy will sure slim down from his ns training but me? I dont want him to walk ard with a fat woman beside him[which is me]!
I'll probably do something to my hair before sch starts.Pretty sick of this curly hairstyle le~
I've just went for a free nkf checkup which was specially for employee working at The German Center. Suppose to go with few of them, end up they are not going. They said if they go know, and if find out got something wrong, then they cant take up the company insurance policy. No choice, i went myself. Results? I am perfectly normal. Everything under control. Just that, my body fats analysis and the cholesterol level is high. Thou it still fall under the normal range, but mine is near the danger zone! So their recommendation is :" Do exercise regularly!". I shall heed their advise and exercise at least once a week. I dont want to die so early.
15 more mins to knock off. wee~
